18 Field Ammunition Depot under the Ministry of Defence has notified for the recruitment of 154 Group C vacancies. Vacancies of Lower Division Clerk, Material Assistant & Tradesman Mate are available. Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed application format within 17th February 2017.

18 Field Ammunition Depot Vacancy Details:

Total No.of Posts: 154

Name of the Posts:

1. Lower Division Clerk: 9 Posts
2. Material Assistant: 8 Posts
3. Tradesman Mate: 137 Posts

Age Limit:

Age of candidates should be between 18-25 years. SC/ST candidates have 5 years of age relaxation on upper age limit. OBC candidates have 3 years of age relaxation on the upper age limit.

Educational Qualification:

For Post-1, Candidates should pass12th class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University and must qualify in typing test.
For Post-2, Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or Diploma in Material Management or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from any recognized Institutions is necessary.
For Post-3, Matriculation(10th) pass or equivalent from recognized Board, Experience in relevant trade and knowledge of Hindi is necessary.

Scale of pay:

For Post-1: Rs 19,900
For Post-2: Rs 29,200
For Post-3: Rs 18,000

Selection Process:

Selection of candidates will be based on physical endurance test and written test.

Eligible candidates can download the application from the website and duly filled and send it along with 2 self attested passport size photographs, photocopies of all relevant documents/certificates as mentioned in the notification and self addressed envelope affixing postal stamps of Rs 25/-. The envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post of Lower Division Clerk/ Material Assistant/ Tradesmen Mate” to The Commandant, 18 Field Ammunition Depot, C/O 56 APO, PIN-909718 within 17th February 2017.
